I've seen the site and browsed a couple of forums. Is there any confirmation about this? Is it going to be Pay to win again or pay to participate? or are they going to finally provide a decent game?

I would like to know also. I loved RO1, but it was like 99% botting and bad cash shop.

well thankfully its not run by warpportal. they ruined ro with their pay to win system, even the classic server.

only way to know though is by checking out their cash shop when its open.

It's just cosmetics, experience boosts and all that like any F2P MMO these days, so no it's not Pay 2 Win. However the cosmetics last for a set amount of days, which is always dumb.
