The Everquest expansion, House of Thule, is set to be released on October 12th. In a new post at the official site, some details about pre-ordering House of Thule have emerged from producer Thom Terrazas. The post details the standard and collector's editions of the game.

This year, we’re offering two different types of pre-order. The first is our standard pre-order that includes all past expansions and some very nice items only obtainable through the House of Thule purchase. The second is our Collector’s Edition which includes all the same items in our standard PLUS bonus items including an additional mount, larger bag and more!

Once House of Thule launches on October 12th, the Collector’s Edition price will go up to $89.99 so reserve your copy as early as possible for the best value!

We’re inviting you to come in and kick off the HoT expansion experience with launch events that started on September 13th. Follow along and participate to reveal the HoT storyline and get rewards before the game even launches. Additional events will follow each week thereafter, so gear up with your friends, guild-mates and better-halves through the conclusion of the events at 11:59 PM on October 11th.
