But I haven't because I don't have anybody to play with, many of my friends played once upon a time but are hesitant to start up again. That being said I have for a while been having the itch to play it again as most mmorpg's in the modern age just don't give me that same feeling of accomplishment and gratitude that EQ did.

So I guess my main question is how friendly is the community? Will I have troubles finding groups, friends, or just people to play with in general?

I suppose I'm mainly just trying to dispel my initial fears with picking the game back up.
