Hi all.i have spent the past 4 days asking this question on various servers with no answer.Maybe someone here can answer it.The combine weapons that are sold by the vendors,are they in some way better than the the lower priced weapons that do more damage?thank you for any replies.

The Combine weapons on the merchants were there for purchasing back when the game first came out.  It was difficult at times to get a magic weapon, so in order to harm creatures that required magic weapons, you purchased these.  Nowadays, they have no major purpose.

wow this brings back some memories. I was so excited to save up the money to get my dual wield combine weapons on my warrior.  There was no way I would ever let my corpse rot after getting those and my crafted armor pieces!
