Halloween fluff - scarecrow merc

Halloween quests and fluff goodies are out. If you look around in PoK, near the big bank, you'll find npc vendors that sell you candies & drinks, as well as costumes (illusions). They're all free so go stock them up and have fun with them. There are also quest npc's for halloween items around there. On the evil side of pok you'll find 2 npc's standing next to each other. Edmund Strangeways give you quests to get a scarecrow tank mercenary. Completing this quest also gives you the title "the Gravedigger".
