When trying to resuscribe, I get a "purchase error".


Does anyone know where, on the account info page, I can find information regarding my credit card, CCV, pin number etc. - anything that might not match with actual data and thus prevent me from reactivating my account?

Has anyone, by chance, run into any other causes of resubscription failure, which I could deal with?

The game is closing for good in June or July 2009.

I might not be all ways right,but i am never wrong..

June 1st (i.e. tomorrow) MIGHT be the last day to resubscribe, on July 31st the game is shutting down.

Anyone with an active subscribtion as of Juni 1st (which I hope(d) to acquire in time) can play TWO MORE MONTHS FOR FREE until the shutdown.


So yea, I'm informed about everything :)


Again, if you're familiar with SOE and their account management, could you give me any tips on how to overcome this error? Thanks.
