Recently a player joined my server and I have no idea how to tell who it is, but he has been spawning boxes filled with hundreds of everything.. How do I prevent this? And is there any way to restart a map?

If your logs show him exucuting scripts you can ban him. Yes you can restart the server but you should give notice to the people on it.

I did stop playing arma 2 some weeks ago altogether, I never saw so many hacks ingame before even on regular Arma 2 servers which I played more often than Dayz lately.
