Started playing Arcane Legends two days ago. In a group, I used a curse word at a guy who was getting on my nerves. Upon using said language, I instantly got banned for 7 days. I contacted support and days later, I received no email response.

So I made a second account in the meantime to play while I await a response. WHat happens? Out of nowhere, my 2nd account gets banned for 7 days.


So I made a third account... Within an hour, all three of my accounts are now banned FOREVER. 


I have yet to hear from Spacetime Studios. How can you permanently ban someone for language when there is an in-game word filter. The word I used SHOULD HAVE been filtered and showed up as **##&#&# or something. 


This is unjust and unfair and I can't even get a hold of there support team.
