Sim Rules

The City of Tem Wood is a "by the books" gorean sim. We roleplay the characters in the books Chronicles of Gor by John Norman. Disney land is elsewhere, ask the scribes for a landmark.

We pay for the SIM: Our money our rules. You don't like them go elsewhere it's your choice. By entering the SIM you signify acceptance. Therefore, Please take note of that or you will be banned for not follow these simple rules.

PLEASE NOTE that there are CITY LAWS as well. The city laws are not SIM Rules .

These SIM RULES are put in place specifically for the purpose of this TOURNAMENT DAY, (June 27, 2009). Hence, you are expect to adhere to said rules specified. Breaking any of these rules results in your IMMEDIATE EJECTION AND BANNING FROM THE CITY OF TEM WOOD SIM after one warning in IM.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Dress Gorean

2. Be of human form, to enter. No Furries allowed. We don’t allow child avatars.

3. The only meter allowed in Tem Wood Tournament of Blades is the GLM meter.

*ONLY REGISTERED COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO WEAR THE GLM METER DURING THE COMPETITION

* ALL OTHERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DETACH THEIR METERS

4. Female "Warriors/Mercenary" are not allowed in the tournament competition. There are no female warriors on Gor.

5. Keep OOC conversations in IM. NO OOC BASHING ALLOWED IN OPEN CHAT.

6. Speak English only in open chat.

TEM WOOD TOURNAMENT OF BLADES IS AN IC - "IN CHARACTER" COMPETITION EVENT

Please keep your behavior gorean and in line with the books.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO SPECTATORS: During the tournament the following RULES apply:

1. NO COMBAT ( for 24 Hours )

2. NO CAPTURE

3. NO DEATH

4. NO TARNS

5. NO WEAPONS, AO'S, SCRIPTS, ANIMATION OVERRIDERS, RADARS - as these things cause lag

Tem Wood Tournament of Swords - Rules

1. TEM WOOD SWORD

Only the TEM WOOD sword will be allowed in combat for the duration of the competition. The TEM WOOD sword is the only legal weapon for the competition. All other weapons must be detached (hit ctrl-alt-T) to endure all other weapons and scripted attachments are removed.

2. GLM METER

*ONLY REGISTERED COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO WEAR THE GLM METER DURING THE COMPETITION

* ALL OTHERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DETACH THEIR METERS

3. REMOVE ANIMATION OVERRIDERS

Please detach your AO, instead of setting them to off, because they add to the lag.

NOTE: Female "Warriors/Mercenary" are not allowed in the tournament. THERE ARE NO FEMALE WARRIORS ON GOR.

4. NO VOLUNTARY JUMPING ALLOWED

5. NO RELOGGING WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE JUDGES

All warriors are fighting under the same conditions. If every fighter is allowed to relog, it causes tournament delays. All other exceptions are at the discression of our judges.

6 JUDGES RULINGS ARE FINAL

The deision of the judges is final. If you are witness of violation of rules please IM Ram Vhargon or Lydia Veliz.
