I understand that all classes will have the utility "sneak" but has anyone heard of being able to add talents into sneak to improve on it. Because id prefer to be a rogue type and specialize in stealth like I do in all my elder scrolls games :)

All classes will have access to it but if you don't skill it up or pick a stealthy class it will be very basic and really have little to almost no use for you.
