The game felt like a console port. Invisible walls and small cracks would keep my character from exploring. The world felt very closed in and lacked that something special.

Overall, one of the best MMOs I have played. Stunning graphics and gameplay for a f2p game. Great role playing.. one of the only MMOS with a fantastic story line. Community is friendly for the most part. Deffinitly worth picking up at least one campaign if not them all.

As a player of the original game (not expansions) I can say it was an impressive game. I think the most useful aspect that fe MMOs have done is that it downloads updates for only the areas you visit.

I never get tired of playing Guild Wars. It's refreshing to play a MMORPG that's so much different from all the others. My only gripe is that there is often life-threatening lag, no matter how good your computer is.

This is the game I judge all other by. I love the instances, love the GvG and arenas, the graphics are outstanding - not too cutesy, not too, too anime. You can escape lag by jumping realms or countries, good story line and the ability to solo if you wish too. All this for no monthly fees and NO CASH SHOP? Priceless!

Its tough to gain friends if you're 100% new and out of it, and outside of a city, unless you have friends its very isolated. BUT its very good for no monthly fees (although all the games together do add up, and that's the only way it gets updated).
