Light Weight, Fun Hack & Slash

The developers wanted to create a light weight game that allows people to have fun and still not have the time commitment that would be required for most MMo's. I believe they succeded in this but because of that they have limited many of the game options to a just average 2D browser game, unlike the more advanced games like Crystal Saga. The Graphics are cartoony and just fair at best but fit the style of the game nicely. Game has a limited but good storyline and there is no real open ended content. Character customization is limited. They did add crafting to the game for some of us but it is very limited and only good for making gems that fit into equipment and armor.

Skill customization is almost non existant and skills are only available per armor or weapons that are equipped. Each piece of equipment comes with its own specialized skilll and you decide which skill fits your playing style. You can go to a trainer in each of thelocal stops and train a skill or weapon proficiency but it is not very clear whether these are area based or they compile for your character all the time.

The online store seems a little expensive rigth now with very limited selection but it is a nice compliment to the game instead of being used as a necessity for higher level game play.

So far content has been pretty good and battles are challenging but fun depending on your character class. If you are looking to play with a group of people you may be let down because chat is localized to what seems to be each area and right now the palyer base seems small since it is a newer release.

All in all its a neat little Diable fix for most of us gamers that are bored with WOW or RIFT and will help to kill several hours a day just running around slashing things.
