Sevencore is an in-development free-to-play MMORPG from Noria and that will cater specifically to players looking for lots of mounts and mounted combat in their game. Sevencore will have an extensive mounted combat system, with a wide variety of mounts to ride, from fantasy beasts to sci fi vehicles. Fusing tech and fantasy into a post-apocolyptic world, Sevencore will also have all the usual components of the genre: quests, crafting, dungeons, boss monsters, raids, PvE and PvP, all wrapped in a compelling storyline. Webzen has sent out a new trailer to show off the Aimon race that will be coming to Sevencore soon. Aimon, though small, are often underestimated in a fight and bring a few racial buffs to teammates including mount energy and regeneration out of battle.
Webzen has announced that the latest Sevencore update has been applied that brings the Assassin playable class into the game alongside the Ancile Islands zone and a level cap increase from 60 to 80.
Webzen has announced that the first expansion for Sevencore will be released on December 7th. The expansion is focused on PvP game play and will feature a new game system called the Occupation War.
Webzen has announced that Sevencore is now part of its online games portal. Sevencore's previous host, Route Entertainment Korea, has merged its membership database with Webzen's. Anyone with a Webzen account can now log in and play Sevencore for free.
Ignited Games has reopened Sevencore, the mounted combat MMO that was recently closed by gPotato. Sevencore is in beta testing from now through January 13, 2014. During the beta, players can take part in special events to test out various game features.
