Hello World, Captain Bebeb here,

Dropped in to let you know we are out here in the Sphere and a few other galaxies doing things space adventurers enjoy, fighting pirates, galactic military organisations, aliens just to name a few. Then there are the monster haulers taking cargo from A to B and being well paid to do so by the various cargo companies both legit and not so, even bus drivers are welcome to ply their trade out here, hauling pax is one of the most rewarding careers in credits and xp gain (assuming you can make it work).

Then you can try your hand at mining ores from asteroid fields, oh the glory when you strike it rich and hit a patch of crystal, mega rewards in short order if you are lucky enough and i've seen that luck kick in for players in the game for only 2hrs let alone those that have been doing it for years already

Then there are a secondary careers that almost all delve into, extraction of the basic resources used in crafting, while the list is not short, getting them is reasonably easy even though there are many already playing and searching daily for the prized spot to place those extractors, there will always be enough for everyones needs. Once you have the basic resources (which can also be bought from other players) you can then use them in factories to make the more complex items used in more complex builds. Refineries come under this category also, run by their owners they can make rare ores and gases needed for the bigger end build projects

If your intention is to use the resources you get in any of the various ways to make things to sell, you can do that too by selling them to NPCs via mall stores (you can play the game successfully completely on your own with no contact whatsoever with others in the game) If you would prefer, you can join the game chat, strike up deals with those online at the time both buying and selling, not only that but you have other ways to dispose of any unwanted stored items/resources that you have gathered from the many options you have in the game to get them

These resources are the building blocks that crafting is based on, there are well over 650 schems used already with plans for more to be added, these schems use every resource currently in the game with more uses being added all the time.

Consequently you may do better as a cog in the wheel of a bigger machine, established Guilds are good at providing you a place in the machine that will use your skills and desires to push forward in a particular area or in many if you are up to it

You even have the opportunty to make your own guild, forge a destiny, share it with others and make your mark here in the galaxies open to you (never mind the Core, that is the past) you were dumped from the Core, exiled to what they assumed would be a death in cold dark space from some silly missed warning light, some long forgotten warning from a docking port worker, one last shot in a fight where you thought the target was an easy mark only to find the ship breaking up around you and the autodeploy of the lifepod that envelopes your captains chair, where you are kept safe and sound till the rescue ship arrives to tow you back to a repair yard, never lost a ship yet, very enviable reputation they have

So if building an empire in a galaxy that allows you to be what you want to be and do exactly what you want to do each day then perhaps the sphere is for you

Come join our merry band of Captains.

Our little corner of the universe has NO PvP, you won't wake up in a pod with some snotty nosed kid going GOTCHA
