"The delay in the BETA was not for removal of Bugs, there will be bugs. Those of us in the US office are working on making the UI and the game friendlier for the English audience. Not only are lines of text being translated, but that in turn affects text box sizes, icons, and more. There are other reasons for the delay as well besides this, but making sure the version is understandable for the desired player base is important. I know that not revealing more is a problem, but believe me it will be worth it.
Since we are directly affiliated with Snail Suzhou, the HQ and developer of AoW, we have to be more respectful of the processes with the title.
To alleviate any further concerns, I can say a Beta will present it self in the next few months. An official announcement will be made in the coming weeks. If we were postponing it to another year, I would have probably been clearer about the length of the delay...then promptly ran away from the angry mob that I created."
