The UI can be difficult to learn for a new player as its unlike any other mmo I've ever tried. Everything is done via keyboard and in fact if you leave your mouse plugged in it can hinder you. I thought I'd known bad customer service till I played this game. This isn't a single bad incident either.. everybody who has ever contacted them for support has a horror story. However, Square Enix and Playonline support were nightmarish and cancelled my account less than 24 hours after I bought the game after I called with a concern about the billing cycle. The Rep. made a mistake, but would not admit it, and when i was still kind and called back 3 times hopefully to speak with someone else, it was the same guy each time. Although I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone anymore since it does not have the life it used to, I still hold all MMOs to the FFXI standard. It was truly the best MMO I've played to date.
