DarkHyunkel writes: Right now, FF XI has reached new summits: it is fun, solo/small group friendly and it takes a few days/weeks (depending on your playtime) to reach cap level, which wasn't possible until the Abysseas add-ons. This gmae has survived 9 years from WoW and his clones, still get new people playing and still has a mature and fun community. Mon May 16 2011 12:58PM

The UI can be difficult to learn for a new player as its unlike any other mmo I've ever tried. Everything is done via keyboard and in fact if you leave your mouse plugged in it can hinder you. I thought I'd known bad customer service till I played this game. This isn't a single bad incident either.. everybody who has ever contacted them for support has a horror story.
