    In the past few weeks at PAX Prime we were lucky enough to have Josh Halls on our "Future of Online Games" Panel. After the session we sat down to talk about The Repopulation and what stage of development the project was in. Josh was happy to give us some details on upcoming events for the game and let us know when we can possibly expect a beta test in the near future.

  • All Round 1 Backers to Gain Access by Friday

    According to the August update on The Repopulation site, Round 1 backers who have had previous access to the game during recent events have now been granted 24/7 access to the server beginning Friday. The team is hopeful that by the end of 2014, all backers will be given access as well. In addition, August saw the inclusion of open world player housing, player-created tournaments and the addition of minigames.

  • July Update Sees New Areas & a Response to Player Feedback

    The Repopulation team has posted the latest progress report for July that features, among other things, a look at the whopping thirty-seven new areas added and the overhauled game music. In addition, the team has implemented an ability training system that came about as a direct result of player feedback and suggestions.

    The Repopulation team has posted the April Update on the game's official site. In it, it is revealed that Alpha 3 was successful and that more players will be added prior to the next alpha event. In addition, nearly every facet of the game was touched to make overall improvements and fix bugs.
