In honor of a certain MxO fanboy i've decided we should have a thread strictly for bashing MxO in our Wish forum. Please feel free to post all the reasons why you think MxO sucks.

Haha. Well, after the first one, the movies BLEW. The game looks pretty crappy, the videos ive seen the combat is really clunky looking, it just looks like city of heroes "in the matrix". Give me a break. Oh, and there will be about as much content as CoH, none. They say its going to have an interactive story, but if this 'story' is anything like the last two movies, then who cares.

Seriously though, you're a real nutjob. I love the game what can I say and with this NDA several of you ignorant doofs have had free reign to bash it without really knowing anything of it. So I feel justified.

Also, you realize why Coke never puts Pepsi in their ads? But Pepsi puts coke in their ads? Probably not, but its because Coke is #1 (I don't like either for what its worth, I don't drink soda) but they don't have to acknowledge the competition. Doing so is bad, Pepsi has to because its #2.

By making a thread solely to respond to my degradation of Wish and raising up of MXO makes you, or rather your game #2. Ha.

I've played both in beta and think MxO was better. At least Wish has some cool ideas though if only they polish the whole game up a bit.

I'm only stauncly anti-Wish because DNL really does all Wish does and a whole hell of a lot more so its not really so much I hate Wish its more like, whats the point? Just cancel it :P

even its its bugged beta state this game is awesome. i had my doubts but after playing it, i havent had this much fun in an MMO in a few years, and ive played almost all of them. guess i just needed a change of pace from the tired old fantasy type cookie cutter games.

and as far as the original poster goes, u like WISH, so u your opinions are meaningless to me. u have stated b4 that u dont like the genre of MxO. but does that mean it sucks? or u just dont like it. heheh...compare these 2 games in their current states, both are due out around the same time and MxO is in way better shape than WISH. that server is a piece of crap. they want 50k ppl on one server? lol...why dont they try to keep it running with 1500 ppl on it first.

i will however reserve my final verdict on Wish until it goes live, the game has potential..whether it realizes it or not remains to be seen.

The Wish server is in fact being stabilised every day, and these past few days the server has gone down maybe twice.

I'm sorry, but if you don't expect an early Beta version to be bugged, and in the case of an MMO, the server to need stabilising, then you're just a retard really.

and I don't see how DnL is doing anything the same as Wish.

I took part in some of the amazing live content on Wish, and there was a battle between 100 of us, and about twice as many of the undead. The server stayed up for the whole battle, and I only experienced a tiny scrap of lag.
So, not really a shitty server then?

Not sure any of us are talking about server stability. You could have the most epic battle in that game but the fact is the COMBAT Sucks, doesnt matter how many idiots you got on screen. Have you SEEN the animations on that? It's /ridiculous/ its not even acceptable. After you play in a combat system like MXO you cant play these stupid slow games anymore. Just can't.
