Lorgarn writes: A great game, not for its graphics or role-playing. It's just a hell lot of FUN. Mon Oct 19 2009 6:48AM
Dagonus writes: Great in it's day. SOE somewhat ran it into the ground. It's a pity so many great ideas for the game only ever got half baked. Fri May 15 2009 5:09PM
SequenceLost writes: Still a great game after all these years. One of the only MMO's that I find myself constantly returning to. It would be nice if SOE would devote more resources to new game developments but even with the current setup, you'll find yourself endlessly involved in this games on going war. If you want great MMO FPS action (200vs200 per planet!) then I definitely recommend it. Tue Mar 03 2009 11:25AM
Phry writes: the usa server definitely has the most players, which is a bit dissapointing if your euro based. latency is an issue in any online fps :/ Mon Jan 12 2009 4:44PM
Zoomzoo writes: Probably the best most addicting game I have played. Too bad SOE didn't support it. Mon Oct 27 2008 2:49PM
Tyavai67 writes: I recommend this game to everyone who is a die-hard Player vs. Player combatant as this is all it is. Quite easy to level up and easy to understand controls. Graphics are not superb but everything runs good on a decent computer. The sound may have a limited soundtrack but you'll be more interested with the voice replies and gunfire surrounding your ears. Good luck soldier. Sat Oct 04 2008 9:11AM
nobion writes: I just started on planetside today (september 2008). and while i was in doubt if the population in it would be low to death. i was gladly proffen wrong. Join the american server anyhow to get a properly experience as there is tons of battles going on there. Graphics run smooth on alot of computers. Its not near fancy but it works and the gameplay makes you forget graphics fast. There is alot of items and setups to make and it takes skills to get high. This is the futuristic version of WW2 online just with alot more instant action. The game is not dead and you can safely join. i started and there was another guy that i met 5 min later who also just started. And the game is 99% bugfree. There has been problems with people hacking to cheat. but i dident experience something awkard from the battles. (that involved alot of people). teamworks are very awarded in this game.
