yea the galaxy is now in game... it helps a lot for mass tower drops or to dump a squad on a facility fast
as for the update for the sunderer, i'm not sure... what's wrong with it?
The Galaxy Gunship variant still hasnt appeared, tho the Sunderer Mk2 is now on the test server,it has more guns on top,a machine-gun on either side and a big Infantry-mashing device on the front. Its intended to replace to existing Sundy.More armor too,I think, tho dont take that as gospel.
With all the specialisation in the Combat Engineering here, further specilisation is planned for Snipers and Medics next, tho nothing concrete has been announced.
When I played my character was primarily a sniper/ce - so they are finally going to do some things with CE. OK when? They have been promising this for two years now. As for the sniper specializations...what kind and when? This might get me back to playing PS if I can have a definate date.
I'm just thankful they're still adding stuff after 4 years, we went through a rather bad drought last year and it looked like they had finally given up on the game.
The reserves trial is coming to an end soon and the subscription price is being raised a bit which I fear for newcomers about.
The hardest hurdle for anyone new seems to be the learning curve of harsh pvp, with reserves gone it will mostly be veterans again making it harder still.
Problem is imo, newbs try to solo too much and end up getting killed over and over and over. If they would just join an outfit they would learn so much, and then they'd be capable to fend for themselves in no time.
On BFRs: I think flight variants should be removed, but they're not so bad how they are now considering. With these new emp mines coming they're going to have to be a little more careful.
