Live Version 3.9.6 (October 13, 2005) Update Highlights: Combat Engineer Window: We added a Combat Engineer window for viewing deployables. Yeah looks like the advertisements paid for alot of new content.
Why is this even news? A patch note isn't... really news. I think it'd be more interesting to report that developers have put the future of Planetside more into player's hands by allowing them to vote on the direction Planetside is taking, and what players what most. I figure that'd be a news worthy report.
A tweak to the rabbit? That's major news?
I mean, I see you reporting that in a brief line, but the body of the text in the news should have been that the developers were putting things towards the players, not just a rabbit tweak.
Greetings,
After reviewing feedback from the Future of PlanetSide thread and feedback posted on the Development Discussion message board, the PlanetSide team has selected topics that sound feasible to implement.
The topics have been separated and placed into two poll categories - Short-Term or Long-Term. The polls are available on the In Concept message board and will run from Thursday, October 13th through October 24th. Cast your votes now!

Well that isn't really news since every MMO makes an attempt at that and claims they will follow them, what's news is if they actaully do.
