Its an old post. But I really really hated those fucking things.

It's interesting how many comments we get about BFR's. Well you can stop sending the "please don't put BFR's in PS Next" emails. They aren't in there. - Jon Smedley

It wasn't just the BFRs though, it was the idea of them. A 2 or 3-man battle tank couldn't take on a 1-man solopwnmobile. Same with the reavers. Why was something with a single pilot so damn powerful? That was stupid.

I hope they have changed things around a bit to encourage more teamwork again. BFRs actually changed the way the game was played, and it wasn't for the better.

I'm excited. I'm hoping the game will have more equality. I hate BFRs (Big F*#&ing Robots.)

I found them to be quite enjoyable. I never had the ability to create one myself, but I sure as hell loved sneaking up behind them and hacking while they tunnel-vision spammed across the map. I feel I caused many "FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU" moments to those BFR-riding bastards.

Reavers, in their current incantation, are more bothersome to me than BFRs... probably because of how much more mobile they are with the addition of all the firepower they have against both infantry & vehicles, while also requiring little skill to use... I feel like I'm cheating when I fly one.

So that explains why VS rely so heavily on Reavers.

BFR's were fun as hell, but it did ruin the game.  I used to just fly around in my lib with a buddy looking for Biffers, both bail out and kill it.  EMP blast was my job and he had the armor piercing ammo to hit the back shield, then we both deci.  GG lol, have fun waiting 8 hours for another.

Uhh... what?

If I could remove one vehicle from Planetside it would be the Mosquito. The infantry farmer's vehicle of choice.

There is no reason for having it now the Wasp has been made, other than to pick off poor grunts with no warning (radar cloak!) and nowhere to hide.

Luckily I doubt things will be the same in PS2.

I found them to be irritating.  The screen bounced around and it gave me a headache.

dunno what the big deal about bfr is.They been nerfed severely.long timer to re purchase ,takes a lot of cert points and like the vs one has lousy guns anyhow.

i kill them with ease.jammer ,lancer to shield and then he panicks and runs and i finish him.

heck you can kill one in few secs with a phant dropping on it.
