It's been years since I last played, and I have been looking to find how many current players there are. I know there was a server merge at some point. 

Does anyone still play that could talk about how many people play? Can they still fill up continents or has the game become a ghost town.

I go back time to time. Last time I checked in was about 3 months ago, yes the servers merged into Gemini. I played about a week, during this time at around 4-7PST is when I saw the most traffic. Cont pop locks were happening some days, however during the day and after that timeframe the population fades.  Most fights are reaver/mosq wars or a small group of people setting up shop in a tower or well placed AMS and farming others. I.E. Nothing has changed since 3 years ago.
