What's that? We all get bandwith!? YES!  Atriarch is trying to implement a system where each player is allocated a certain amount of bandwith determined by their connection.  The connections are Dial up, DSL, Cable, TI+. The people with the slower connections get more bandwith to even themselves out with those that have a greater connection.
    
Also! Atriarch is trying to create a program which will upload the files that have not been fully patched after the immediate update has gone hay-wire.  This in hopes will fight off some lag and speed up the upload process!
