The engine plays like the same one from Alliance of Valliant arms but with jet boosters. So far all guns are buyable with in game currency unlike AVA. As for hackers I've played about 50 rounds in the last couple days and no hackers yet. Maybe you're confusing your own lack of skill with others hacking.
