  • Remember the Horadric Cube from D2? Get Ready!

Longtime Diablo players will well-remember the Horadric Cube from Diablo 2, a rather cool way to craft items. In the next Diablo 3 patch, a new version, Kanai's Cube, will make its way into the game that will show some significant improvements over its predecessor.

  • Cowpocalypse MOOving Into the Game World

While Blizzard is moovelous at debunking the constant moomurs of a SECRET COW LEVEL, it appears that the bovine denizens of Khanduras beg to differ. From May 15th through May 21st, players are encouraged to moove into the game to try to discover whether this is udder nonsense or if there is something to these moovelous rumoors.

Blizzard took to the Diablo 3 forums with the news that the exploit causing Blood Goblins to drop insane numbers of blood shards has been hotfixed in the PC version and that the ban hammer has swung mightily against those who took gratuitous advantage. The console versions, however, are not yet fixed, and the Blood Goblin has been disabled pending a permanent fix to the issue.

  • Returning to Evil

Launched yesterday (August 19), Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition introduces the dungeon crawler to next-generation consoles. By combining the base game with the Reaper of Souls expansion in a single box, Blizzard looks set to bring a new legion of players to the world of Sanctuary. But how easy was it to get there, and what lessons did the studio learn along the way?

  • The Ultimate Evil Edition Is the Ultimate Edition

It feels weird to say it, but I think the most recent release of Diablo 3, The Ultimate Evil Edition, to PS4 and Xbox One just might be the best version of the game out there. Not only does it come with all of the content and improvements the PC version has already seen, but there are a load of cool console-only features to boot. Oh, and what's best? You don't have to experience any of it online.

  • Hands-On with the PS4 Version

Although I really enjoy Diablo 3, I must admit that I have a particular bias towards the PC version, simply because of my preference for playing action RPGs with a mouse and keyboard. I play it almost exclusively multiplayer, however, and have thought at times that the experience could benefit from some couch co-op once in a while.

  • I’m Glad I Waited for the Expansion

Having a ton of games to play is certainly a boon, but it usually means that I'm late to the party on the newest gaming hotness (unless that hotness is an Elder Scrolls game). In the case of Diablo 3, I'm actually kind of glad that I missed the boat on launch and waited until the Reaper of Souls release, because I skipped past the whole RMT Auction House and loot kerfuffle and am now enjoying a super polished and fun Blizzard game.
