Why can't some people figure out that D3 isn't an MMO?

Hype (noun)
1. to trick; gull.
2. exaggerated publicity; hoopla.
3. swindle, deception, or trick.

Because the suits call the shots and they don't care about their customers, only bottom-line theory which over time suffers anyway because of their incompetence, corporate greed and faulty vision.

You make this post as if every player wants the same thing I hate to have to be the one to reveal this to you but when you are asking for one thing there are going to always be people who are asking for something totally opposite.

I always read statements like this and have to wonder if the people who create these statements really think that every single potential player wants the exact same thing.

more often than not once we as players aren't heeded by the devs we often begin a smear camaign and go to war with said devs and the game they create which creates a snowbal effect people who may like what the devs made often won't even play a game when they see it angered so many others.

If the mmo community was more indifferent to games that didn't meet their needs the genre as a whole may be a bit more healthy, heck we may see a lot more games being made if not for our bitchy nature when things don't go our way.
