It is not the place where everyone puts up games they think are better.  With nothing to do with D3.

Ive already decided Im going to buy it. So Ive sortof ignored this forum. Most of the people bring out other, alternative games to compare. None of which are out yet.

I think that happens with almost all of the other "upcoming" game forums, but right now I think some people are here for the "Guillotine Effect".

People just want to shout "Off With Their Heads!"  Much like some folks do in the other forums.  I think just about everyone feels that way about EA right now.

Blizzard dominated several game markets (RTS, ARPG, MMORPG), and because of the way they shifted their paradigm to "casual gamer" or "broader audience", I think some people feel cheated.  I can relate as it pertains to WoW, but I'm actually excited for Diablo 3.

I still think Blizard's design directive is easy to play for everyone with a engaging for hardcore endgame. This is true for WoW. It is true for starcraft and I think will be true for Diablo 3.
