Is this skill usable in the end game? So far it keeps me alive and does enough damage.

Yes, it is useful.

However, since you can switch at will, you may want to test some builds when you are at max level.

I ve seen quite a few posts arguing on revenge vs rend. For me revenge is much better in terms of defense and keeps me alive under really hard situations. Will definately try other builds. thnks a lot.

I use both. But of course the barb is not my main.
