I have always wonder when will someone make a third person view moba game. Playing through a 3D char instead of viewing from the top. Smite has done a pretty good job. They are planning for a long beta so i assume the graphics and animations will be improved over time.

My impression

  • Fun and entertaining
  • Intense group fights
  • Easy learning curve.
  • Great potential.

Tho I think some spell effects and animations are already pretty decent

Yeah they are ok. but i keep feeling the map environment lacks something. That little bit of shine or WOW factor.

I hope they fix the animation for low attack speed. The char look awkward when using basic attack. Pausing in a posture with each attack.

But hey this game is still in early beta and gameplay is fun and addictive.
