jesteralways writes: this chinese company PWE has shit load of money to spare, buying renowned developer group like cryptic and runic, buying their titles and acquiring license for IP like ST and D&D. don't be fooled if you received attention from devs and GMs in beta, it is their policy to attract people this way and fool them to spending money in their trash until they realize it is too late to back down. i am pretty much sure many of you beta testers suffered terrible lag in beta and thought "it is beta, it will be fixed in live", it will be "sort of" fixed not complete fix, try out their other games if you don't believe me. the only thing good about their games is that they are "free". PWE is not a company you should trust.  Mon Apr 01 2013 12:16PM Report
xdarkdrake writes: Eladi, how can you say "the game is not worth it" It is free to download and play? How much more free can you get? I've tested the beta weekends, really enjoyed it, and it has 0 cost? Mon Apr 01 2013 12:17PM Report

G. Fuller always reminds me on one of this shopping-channel guys.

Perhaps someone should remind him that it's not his job to sell the game, it's the job of his interview partner.

I have been to all 3 closed betas.  I have not had any lag or server interuption.  Infact, Neverwinters beta is the smoothiest beta I've ever participated in.  And I've been in a lot of betas over the years.  Games like Tera (not that its a bad game, but the servers are fucking horrible laggy) could take a note or two from Cryptic on server stability.

Garret, you should ahve asked about adding back combat mobility.

If nobody pushes that concern to them they will never change it.

I LOVED the beta weekend, and can't wait for the full deal. Had NO lag at all. the combat system was really fun. I could have had a little bit more character customization. But other than that its pretty badass!!!

Foundry is what will keep this game around long after the newness runs its course.  Can't wait and hopeully UGC is the wave for themepark content.

Also can't wait for and hope we'll see relianle and routine character classes.  Looking forward to Archer Ranger and hopefully some sort of melee/magic hybrid like Spell Sword soon.
