It just looks old, tired and full of cliche. I get the same feeling when I look at the Elder Scrolls MMO videos.

Plus I think the lady doing the voice overs is the same person doing the LOTRO voice overs.

This entire genre is depressing. Zero creativity and you can tell that directive is being ordered from the very top.

Henry Ford once said about his Model-Ts "You can have one in any color you want as long as it's black." The same thing can be said of this genre. "You can create any MMO you like, as long as it 's WOW".

When I first heard about Neverwinter being turned into an MMO I already thought "Damn, why don't they turn all of Forgotten Realms into an MMO".

Reinstalling NeverwinterNights2 should do the trick, tide me over until these guys figure out how to work their trade.

wow have to admit with what others are saying, if that's a beta build or better they are in trouble. Sorry I know games are not all graphics, but man that look about 6 years too old.

I was first interested in this title but after the company take over of the MMO ftp money mall king, I have to say sorry , but pppaaaasssss... if they go back to a monthly model and not farm people for cash on adding things to their stories I might reconsider, thou that will be a 1% chance out of 100 sadly. So anywhoo.. back to gw2 :)

I've seen some videos of Neverwinter that looked pretty good, but this one looks very dated graphically. Still, Cryptic said they want to make almost everything in the Foundry free for players to build their own content with, instead of nickel and dimeing players to death in the cash shop (yeah I know its PWE, but there is still hope), and the combat looks fast and actiony, which I like.

So I'd be hard pressed to give up trying this one on sub-par graphics grounds alone, but thats just me. Maybe some of the ugly will have been beaten out of it by release.....
