This game is great. But.. the obvious intent to attempt to part you from your money is ever present.

What isn't present is customer service, either in-game submitted tickets or out, go ignored.  Not even so much as a confirmation email that they've gotten it. Shame too it's fun to play,but greed could make it forgettable.

Going from instance to instance and dungeon to dungeon make up for it's lack of size, sort of.   I think it may have been rushed a bit and could have used a week or two being tweaked a bit before going open beta. Since yesterday I saw NPC's in Protector's Enclave somehow enough off path to constantly run into buildings over and over. 

I think the rush was to, sorry to say it; start the cash grab. You already have the gold spammers in open chat and emails. 


Makes me keep my eyes to the horizon. Waiting for Black Desert and  ArcheAge with my fingers crossed that they do not make the same mistakes. At least pretend to have customer service, even a canned response is something better than being ignored.  I read that another player's repeated customer service requests got him banned? 

The complaints the in forums on their website went for pages and pages about the greed issue. So much so that it was closed and moved elsewhere.  

With so many MMO's being published, and so many falling away. It takes just the right mix of elements to stay in the game. From what I've seen this mix isn't it.  Sad too, the game is awesome.

**We've since stopped playing after the exploit and the pathetic attempt at a "fix" of a week's rollback.  Which fixed nothing.  We just decided after numerous attempts to contact customer service for weeks on end with no reply to tickets, emails or phone calls; it wasn't worth the time.   That was just more of a magnification that they simply want your money. Anything past that and you're on your own.
