    The Neverwinter team will be hosting a special live stream Q&A with R.A. Salvatore, author of some of the most iconic books based in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. Neverwinter's next expansion will be sending players into the Underdark, home of Drizzt Do'Urden. Mr. Salvatore has written an entire quest line that will be featured in the Underdark.

  • Stronghold Siege Update Goes Live

    The latest Neverwinter update has now been deployed and players can take part in 20v20 PvP battles. These Stronghold Siege battles take place by combining two maps to double the scale and allows teams to destroy an enemy's stronghold.

    XBox One Neverwinter players will finally get their chance to experience the Elemental Evil module beginning on September 8th. Elemental Evil will bring content from three other expansions as well including Curse of Icewind Dale, Shadowmantle and Fury of the Feywild.

    Cryptic Studios has announced that the Elemental Evil expansion to Neverwinter will be headed to XBox One in September.     The Neverwinter team has gone on record as having heard the voices of the community about abusive behavior by some when using the 'vote-to-kick' feature. According to a new post on the Neverwinter site, players had been particularly abusing the system at or near the end of a boss fight effectively reducing the pool of players who would have access to drops.

  • Strongholds Module to Launch August 11th

    Cryptic Studios has announced that the forthcoming Strongholds module for Neverwinter will launch on August 11th. Strongholds is the largest playable map in the game and in its first iteration, the focus will be on PvE. Later, guilds will be able to wrest control of locations within the zone to build fortresses and will be able to engage in GvG warfare starting in September.
