I've really enjoyed the game and in other games I hate doing dungeons etc, won't touch them never have in any game prior to this and Neverwinter has really hit the spot with their dungeon experiences with me so much that I've ended up purchasing the $200 pack as well so now I have 750k diamonds + 125k.  For me the game so far has been very fun which is tough to say these days.

That is interesting. Hope it stays that way and thanks for the info.

To be honest, I haven't played the game yet myself. Only watched some videos. The one TB had concerned me a little bit because the dungeon they ran seemed like a straight up zergfest and they easily steamrolled everything. Although to be fair he was playing with some veteran players and devs. Not to mention it is the first dungeon you encounter and since it is beta things may be tweaked in those areas. Wasn't a huge fan how loot drop rolls were handled either but again I wouldn't be surprised if that gets fleshed out more.

1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical.

2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself.

3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose.

You also gotta remember that with the new version of the Foundry players can create their own dungeons Hell if I read it right they can even create their own adventures spanning multiple dungeons or open areas with enemies who's stats (IE difficulty) you can tweak (so if the standard dungeons feel luke warm I only imagine it is a matter of time before someone puts in a Dark Souls level of difficulty adventure series XD).

Yeah...that is what I'm hoping for. That The Foundry has the freedom for players to create some pretty interesting and challenging content. Well...that and players actually using it as such XD

Oh I think there will be some NWN-style pleasure joints as well XD but if Star Trek's anything to go by there will also be good adventures out there to be had.

Well, Perfect World Entertainment IS greedy especially in terms of Pay to Win. Just from my own previous experience playing their top running games, Perfect World International and Forsaken World.

Pay to win = items in the item shop which are unobtainable in any other way than by putting money into the game, items which are better versions of top tier items, they don't have this.

Free to play = everything in-game is obtainable through hard work (check).

Logical conclusion: Another one that wants a free to play game give them everything on a silver platter.

difference is those games were devleoped BY perfect world.. these other games are just published by them and seems for the most part they are managing them quite differn't then games developed by Perfect World.. even though yes cryptic isparent company of perfect world now but still differen't people developing the games.. PWI and forsaken are also mostly marketed for differen't audiences

I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall.
