Hey been playing Nwn 2 PW while Wating for Nwn online to come out .

Looks interesting will give it a shot.  Currently playing GW2 to pass the time and still having alot of fun with it but can't wait for the action combat, small scale dungeon delving of NW.  I also am mostly looking forward to the Foundry, for once UGC done right in an MMO, something that themeparks are sorely lacking.

If your idea of a Sandbox is open FFA Full Loot PvP, full crafted world with minimal support for anything combat then your sandbox ideas are bad! Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!

A heads up:

Gamespy recently did an audit and determined that NWN2 was no longer supported by publisher or some such.

So they dropped the game from their services.

So . . .

what does this mean?

 

It means you need the direct connect information of any persistent world you wish to login to in order to play. These direct connect addresses are generally available on the forums of said persistent worlds.

 

Long story short: dont bother loading gamespy to try to find a persistent world.
