Aison2 writes: huge potential, fun combat, challenging dungeons, has housing, had issues with bugs (not sure if still) can recommend as something to play for 1-3 months. Community is split, has bad but also good. I.E: someone build a racetrack ion their home and had a tournament held weekly. Sat Nov 01 2014 8:03AM
dies0mnium writes: Had really huge potential, but let down by some seriously bad development decisions. Telegraph system is not fun at all and takes away any feeling of impact from my spells and abilities. Pvp is a total mess, the community in both PVP and PVE is anti social and the 40 man raiding idea by the devs has killed off virtually every guild on every server. Some serious changes need making before i could see myself returning. Thu Oct 09 2014 1:05PM
Manic.Miner writes: Really great game. Not so casual like 95% mmos. Recomended for people that want some challenge. Not recommended for casual noob horde. Fri Oct 03 2014 7:13AM

wizter writes: Too expensive for what it offers. NCsoft with the GW2 model made a killing and constantly on top spot but with WildStar they went a greed step too far. Having to work for my monthly creds lost its appeal pretty quick and the game suddenly became a chore. Graphics are OK though too overwelming for my liking at times. PvP is fun but not much variety yet, so I guess things will improve given time. Devs do listen but that is always the case with a new game. Once devs are pulled onto other projects then we'll see how good the support still continues to be. Bottom line, I enjoyed levelling up my first toon but the monthly cost of yet another marginally different MMO in an already crowded pool is just too much. If you have money to burn, I would recommend to take a look but if not there are lots of F2P quality AAA titles out there to keep you occupied. Sat Aug 02 2014 5:38AM

mportela writes: I still think people give too much importance to if it is a WoW clone or not. If something is good why not use it in a different way? My take on Wildstar is: it has what I loved in other MMO's and it really builds up on you with extras and original ideas. I recommend it! Sun Jul 20 2014 7:47AM
SyaoranLi writes: Best devs ever. Constantly listening and replying to customers. Some people have issues but I have never had a single one. Combat, PvP, Dungeons, Adventures, Housing are a blast. Far more to do endgame than 99.9% of MMOs out there. No need to pay a monthly fee because you can easily earn enough money in game to pay for a month of game time. Sound is spectacular and probably the best music in a MMO yet. Graphics are great but that is a personal opinion. Community surprisingly is helpful, far different than the toxic community for ArcheAge (P2P vs F2P players). People who do not like this game have never actually tried it or they gave up before ever reaching level 14. AA players say the game doesn't start till level 50. In Wildstar the game starts at 14 and continues even at 50. Far more to do at 50 than AA(and ESO, and most MMOs out there.) 2 raids, 4 dungeons, 4 adventures (moba adventure, oregon trail adventure, defense adventure, choose your own story adventure). Then add in open world PvP, Arenas, Battlegrounds, AND Warplots. Plenty to do every day. Also, housing that puts any other housing system to SHAME. Most people write it off as a WoW-Clone which is funny. It has its own personality(which oozes out of everything). Yes, you can reach max level about as fast as any other MMO. I don't understand why people point that out here then go praise other MMOs that take the same amount of time (OR LESS). At least WS had things to do at cap instead of just PVP and Housing (Looking at you AA). People just dislike having to pay to play a game(which they are forced to do with AA if they even want to use basic features such at housing/gathering/farming/fishing.) Massive modding community too. People should actually play games to cap before writing reviews. Sun Jul 20 2014 3:44AM
