  • Passion & Dedication Set the Game Apart

Last week, at E3, I had the opportunity to meet with Vladimir Piskunov, the CEO of Bitbox and see Life is Feudal, for the first time. My goal was to see just what features and systems were featured in this pure sandbox game. To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be something of an understatement. Vladimir is incredibly polite and passion for this project just exudes from him. He is also a realist and pretty insightful about games, sandbox games in particular.

  • MMORPG’s Best of E3 2015 Awards

It’s that time of year! Time to blather on about the games we drooled over the most at E3 2015. Yes, we know these awards mean very little in the grand scheme of things. But stop being so pessimistic. Games are fun, and being excited about the ones you want to play in the future is part of what makes this hobby so great. So without further ado, here are our picks for the Best of E3 2015.

  • Life is Feudal, But Not Futile

You have to respect a game that uses a very bad (and by bad, I mean good) pun in its title. Life is Feudal is a sandbox MMO led by Vladimir 'Bobik' Piskunov and features some very intriguing realistic gameplay. We had a chance to catch up with Piskunov at PAX East to discuss the game and see how it would be different from other medieval or fantasy sandboxes.

  • A Medieval Sandbox with Potential

In Life is Feudal, you create your own world or join an existing dedicated server (think DayZ), create your own character (complete with stat and skill allocation), and venture out into a forested island to make your own destiny.

  • Out to Defy the Odds

Life is Feudal has been receiving a lot of attention the last few weeks due to the launch of an Indigogo funding project and after releasing tons of new information about a sandboxer's MMO dream. We caught up with Vladmir aka "Bobik" to talk about Life is Feudal and how the team is looking to set the MMO-space on its ear. Read on to find out more before heading to the comments.
