She's a little annoying, but meh.
Game looks pretty decent. That's pretty much all it looks like. The monsters look pretty good, but the gameplay is kinda the same as always for the most part, from what i can see here.
Wed Aug 08 2012 2:03AM ReportThis game looks pretty interesting, I like the whole concept of swapping weapons and fighting with unusual items. Adds a layer of interactivity with the environment and that's always a plus.
There's something I don't get though, they say they are in closed beta and waiting for tester feedback etc. but the game seems to be Korean (some of the mob nameplates are still in Korean) so does this mean the game is already out in Korea and they are just testing the localization?
I've played localized Korean games before and our feedback had little to no impact on the development of the game.
How will it be any different here?
Wed Aug 08 2012 5:52AM ReportI don't want to sound like a 'Negative Nancy' (or Negative Ned to not be gender biased) but this had to be one of the dullest interviews I've seen.
With about an hour of prep time on the part of Pokket and/or the Devs, they could have had a list of bullet point 'hot topics' ready to discuss.
One other small but common sense tip is to NOT allow the interviewEE to read the chat room comments then come up with answers. The interviewER should be reading ahead and when the discussion on the previous topic ends, start in with "So PlayerXXX in chat would like to know if XXYY will be in at release".
Keep the conversation flowing naturally and keep the audiences attention.
While I was not watching this game (on my radar, if you will) this interview worked negatively toward sparking my interest.
