It would be really nice if SOE would find some way to clean up all the old cities and houses and structures from the game. Maybe for all structures where the owner hasn't logged in for a year then archive it or pack it up and put it on their datapad or something. That would clean up the houses but I really don't know what to do about all the old ghost town cities that clutter up the planets. Maybe just wipe all the cities where the mayor hasn't logged in for a year or something. All I know is all those old cities just clutter up the place and you can't put new cities down because the old ones are taking up all the city slots on the planets. It is really bad. They need to do something about that.

Other than the city and house problem, I would love to see them brink back TKM and get rid of Spy and to bring back Force Meditate :-)

Good luck! I sent ticket after ticket to get mining equipment, houses, etc etc cleaned up since it was blocking some real good resource spawn points.  But all my attempts fell on deaf ears.  Which ultimately brought me closer to canceling my account.  They have a bad habbit of not listening to their customer base...I know, I know, not $OE... LOL!!  I have never felt such a relief until they day I pressed CANCEL. It's liberating!

Hehe you are just experiencing the normal customer service response. I am enjoying the game again but I had to come back with the notion that I will never again submit a customer service ticket because I already know their standard answer is "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do". If you play any SOE game expecting that you will get any kind of customer service then you will be seriously disappointed and will probably quit the game. The only way to truely enjoy an SOE game is to go into it knowing that you are on your own and you can never get any help from customer service. That is a given.

My only hope is just that for the good of the whole game that they come up with some sort of cleanup strategy although that is most likely just wishful thinking.

LOL! yeah, same ol' same ol'  well my friend, I truly hope it gets fixed because I know the frustration... especially when your trying to use auto drive on your bike... lol.  Some of the best customer support I have ever experienced with an mmo, and I wish $OE would take note.. is from COV/COH. I was floored one day, I submitted a ticket for help.  Instead of getting the cookie cutter response from soe, I had an actual live person in the game helping me.(that same day)  I was shocked, sad part is... I shouldn't have been.. that should be standard for any company that you are paying money for a service.  Anyway, just thought I would share that. Good luck in SWG.
