I will always miss pre-CU but I still enjoy the game.

Why is this posted in the rumor section?

Angry players are sure getting their voices heard on several sites!

When the CU came about the angry players posted for awhile but that died down after awhile.

I wondered if the same thing would happen after the NGE but apparently people are not going to give up as fast as they did when the CU tore up the game. I'm glad people are not going away silently!

This seems true enough to me. As a long time EQ, and SWG player, with some EQ2 time thrown in, this sounds about like how things worked out. When I started playing SWG there were no vehicles, mounts, etc. All that came later on in the progression of the game. Naturally, I am in the camp that thinks CU and NGE ruined SWG, but that doesn't change the facts. EQ was never thought of as solid code, we dealt with bugs from day one through years of play. One would think they would learn, but apparently not.

Wow, that article is an eye-opener.  This smacks of illegality; I, too, wonder why practices like that aren't being investigated.  Perhaps enough player noise to BBB and other official channels could actually spur something.

Don't forget one thing... this was not a reporter or writer that works for CBS news.. it is an article that anyone could write and that they publish for free... its called the mailbag articles.. notice his grammer and spelling are off. Do you honestly think that kind of writing is from CBS. Just because it is from their website its like a classified add... they are not held responcible for what is written or said...

Great read though and I agree with that persons opinions pretty much 100%
