Just an observation. The always interesting SWG forums haven't seen a dev post since the 25th. I have also noticed forum moderation has been almost zero for that week also. All day today, a player has been actually trying to get himself banned. All of his posts have gone unchecked. Sooo - since this is the rumor room....any thoughts on this? My thoughts....something's up. In a state of catastrophe, were the devs given an entire week off? Or is it possible that the forums haven't seen any dev commuication or moderation because the plug is about to be pulled.

Dude have you heard of HOLIDAYS? Like stores arent even open and people on winter break, why would soe or any other Game company be open? Don't get me wrong i hate soe and i hope they rot in hell, but they are obviousely gonna give themselves a holiday vacation like everyone else in the world. put 2 and 2 together...

Probably because there used to be CSRs and forum mods working holidays. Lately they haven't even been doing weekends. Sure the Devs never worked holidays, that makes sense but the customer relations folks always had at least a token presence, certainly nothing like the chaos going on every weekend following a certain forum post about CSR staff getting slashed 25%. |
