i played it when it first came out and i was good but now i hear that they made it alot harder to lvl and that they changed it around alot, whats really up with galaxies. |

If you enjoyed the gameplay mechanic when you played, you will most likely disappointed into what the mechanics are now.

Some people on here think it's the best think since donuts, some think it's utter crap, some use to like it and think it's now crap (that would be me) and then there are those who thought it was crap at first and now love it. I say, the only way you're going to know for sure if you like it or not is to try out yourself. To each his/her own, que sara sara, yadda...yadda...yadda

I agree, give it a try. It is pretty much just like every other MMORPG in the market now days with a Star Wars backdrop. If you already own a copy, reactivate you account and give it a try. Don't rely on the forums, there seem to be very few un-biased comments on the forums any more (Including mine, but I am trying to stay neutral). Only you will know if you like it.

What kind of world population is left? Back when I played this game the population was crazy Is there still a lot of players?
Thinking of giving the mechanics a try but I want enough population to make it worth it. |

The population on my server seems to be down quite a bit, but it might just be the times I am playing. Several others on this board are reporting very good server populations though. I keep reading that Bria and Naritus are doing well. |

The classicly heavy servers from the early days are still pretty packed. Bria, Eclipse, Sunrunner..etc. I'm not sure about other servers, but there are many reports that overall populations are doing well. |
