Plans that are 2 years old. Cancelled according to developer messages. These old websites have not been updated or changed, so this rumour resurfaces about once every 3 months.

Summary :  No SWG planned for PS2 at the moment !

They cancelled that idea because the EQ PS2 version sucked so bad.

I wonder if they will play on seperate servers? I hope not but I really dont see how they would communicate with the PC players unless they plan on selling the game with a keyboard like they did with Final Fantasy.

I think crossing these games over is a great Idea

No! It's terrible! MMO's belong on the computer, not on consoles.

I'm not going to quit SWG, but the port to a console game is a bad idea. They better make separate servers.
