Not to mention the fact that message boards are run on privately owned servers thus "Freedom of Speach" has nothing to do with it.

Just a fact to chew on.

the only reason FF11 has that many players is because of all the PS2 users who play it.  Those numbers are a composite of PS2 players and PC users.  It's the only game the console players have that lets them play with PC users.  Most of them are in Asia too, where FF reigns supreme in the RPG world.

In N America, FF11 doesn't have that many PC users.

Actually, if I recall correctly, in North America the only game bigger than SWG is EQ and WOW.

FF & Lineage are big specifically because they're in the asian market.

What is scary stupid is that I was prema game banned for alleged forum misuse . Now a lot of folks here assume that I truly deserved such a fate but to this day I have seen other SWG forum users push the envelope and yet they are still on forums and in-game.  I have been lied too by SOE , I am not the first , nor will I be the last.

Now you are misusing this forum!

As you may or may not know, I was Prema game banned on 1/9/05 for alleged forum misuse . Since my failed attempt to gain restoration of my accounts in the E-mail thread below I was left with no choice but to enjoy the competitive products and become a very outspoken advocate of SOE mismanagement of my account and be just as critical of them as they were to me. To be honest with you Diane, this is not my real life natural to carry on like this but what do I have to lose – I have already been Prema-game banned , right?

I have attracted a lot of interest in my objections with the recent Combat Upgrade problem . Although I have been critical and despite that I am prema-game banned this CU problem is tough one and I do wish wisdom to the Developers in handling the matter.

Now with that said and acknowledging you as Director of Community Relations , I would like a reconsideration to my accounts mentioned below which should include a time and credit restoration as well. With that I would acknowledge the gesture publicly in game forums and were I can , delete or restate my thought and position as to my relationship with Sony Online Entertainment. I look forward to a timely reply to my request as in may change plans that I already have underway. Thank you for taking to considering this and hope that you had a nice holiday weekend.

Muhahaha. its not the silence that suprises me, it was an action that did occurred - Later in the attach e-mail thead was a link to thread on the Kauri board that was posted 3 days after my game-prema ban concerning the new policies that effected my account. Well. it was recently deleted from the Kauri forum.  No matter , I saved a copy . It was orginaly in the "in Live" section but deleted . It was posted  Johnathan Hanna the then Director of Community Relations  at SOE

 about 2 months later , Mr Hanna  joined Turbine to work on Middle Earth online and D&D online and Tiggs was promoted to Director of Community Relations.  I submit that the policies that had my accounts ban were clandestinely placed and enforced without warning but it appears that SOE reserves the right to do so in their everchanging EULA and as forementioned Policies.

 Oh well, times up, I continue with my plans , also as formentioned . Love that Jestor - SOE there!
