Since we are into defining via links and stuff  the first is the closest I can come to fishermage and the second is what happens when some unsuspecing poster comes to post a post about finding the game fun.    I also found out last night that these forums are widely known among swg vets who still play as the "something aweful" forums.    As I made a comment about going to read the forum while waiting for a group to start to see if the subject matter had changed even though every thread seems to turn into the identical thread that every other thread is about regardless of topic or whatever as "the swarm" that dominates it tries to keep their turf intact :P

actually everytime someone is being called a name or this stuff with the links that I thought you would figure out (but didn't) its a put down  of flame
calling people liars, fanbois, fanbots whatever that's flaming and quite insulting.   It doesn't matter how well you speak english or punctuate your sentances its still a flame.  I quite frankly get tired of being called a liar or a fanboi by people trying to pull threads off topic by this type of flaming and trolling, but make no mistake what both you and thundrous are doing in this thread and do in other threads is indeed trolling and flaming. 
Its possible to be rude and flame someone without swearing and cursing, but its still flaming and still rude and still insutling.
Bottom line I'm not sure what the need is to pull EVERY thread off topic with this stuff but this does happen just as it was done in this thread and in another thread to others and in another thread I was actualy participating in.  Some guy usually comes along makes an irrelvant comment usually in the third person as here and trolls the thread and pulls it off topic.  Make no mistake what you have done in this thread with caling people fanbois and then the links is indeed flaming, trolling and insulting.  Its nearly impossible to talk on this forum without someone coming by and doing this.  It does appear the last couple of days the dynamic duo charged with this task of trolling and flaming in an effort to pull threads where the topics are congenial and constructive and interesting conversation is occuring is in fact you and thunderous. 
Its pretty insulting and well rude and quite frankly gets tiresome.    I mean heck you pretty much have me down as a patholigical liar about everything from what rp is to what happened to sims online its all ies of course... What is this other then flaming.. i mean i get flamed by you about once a day.. these days even though I asked you to back of once via pm the fact is you do it and then get upset when someone says something about it.
You have trolled this thread and insulted posters by calling them fanbois which is in fact flaming.

Please find a post where I call ANYONE a fanboi (I rarely if ever use that term), or any other name. I never called anyone a liar, never called anyone a fanbot. I just don't DO that sort of thing. I may discuss the phenomena or the generic category, but no, according to the rules of MMORPG.com, that's not flaming. Flaming is when you call a specific PERSON a name.

 

I never flame and never troll. Trolling is defined as posting SPECIFICALLY with the INTENT to get a rise out of people. While sometimes people, like you, inadveterntly get all upset by the things I post, that never is my intent. In fact, I am always surprised when you take the things I say, which is always merely questioning or disagreeing with you, as a personal attack, where none was intended.

Now, anyway, you have made some rather interesting accusations here. Please try and prove them.

In any event I dont expect anyone to change their ways, but I do know that in my case calling me a liar like EVERY DAY for no other reason that it appears to be something you enjoy doing is flaming and insulting and trolling.    If you think me or ANYONE will not "get a rise" from it and be "arisen" then your sadly mistaken.    Insulting a person like you do and others do is wrong period.   I dont expect you to understand or even do anything about it or even care, but I would hope that you recognize that you do it because you do to more then just me and at least from what I can see to someone (if not me) once a day.

I'm sorry you feel insulted when people quiestion the false things you say, and when people question the fact that you spend day after day praising SOE, but that's what's going to happen given the unethical things that SOE has done.

Once you get your head around the fact that i'm not lying and that your falsely accusing me of something with absolutely no grounds just because then things will improve.  The bottom line is since i'm not lying its an accusation and not true of itself.  That's what happens when you call people names and that is in fact the basis of a flame.   Unfounded accusations with no grounds other then to grab the readers attention in an attempt to get a rise out of them and THAT is what your doing to me and you know it..
