Yep, that's about par for the course.

I am a current player. I comment from all sides and try and show a fair perspective on the whole thing. I praise them when they do well, and criticize them when they do poorly. Sadly, the latter is far more the case.

In the case of THIS thread, I am commenting merely on its self-contradictory and absurd nature.
