Now normally, I don't care much about crafting anymore, simply because ever since SWG launched, most games have gone belly up when it comes to making a good crafting system. Since I've been back, I've enjoyed the finer aspects of crafting once again with my Trader. I actually manged to go from level 1 to level 62 now in about 4 days. Enjoying the challenge in collecting higher quality resources after combing the galaxy. Dropping down some harvesters and reaping the rewards of my semi-hard work. I'm also part of a wonderful new guild on Kettenmoor, which is also helpful. We all have a good time every night and help each other as much as possible. So if your on Kettenmoor, stop by Novus Orsa on Talus and witness our new Metropolis. I believe we should have shuttle access after servers come back up, so getting there won't be difficult. Theres always room for another street of homes in our fine city if anyone is itching to come back and start over. |

My crafter on Kett is moving slow, but looking at the munitions changes in GU5 is motivating me to get my butt in gear. Dropped 5 harvesters today, but still just gathering more crap resources for the grind, but now that GU5 is on test, I think I need to start look for good resources STAT!

AveBethos, I actually agree with you in that SWG isn't as fun as it used to be, simply because it's lost its fun via the old style of complexity. I love games where you actually have to use some brain cells to accomplish certain things. While this isn't the SWG of old, it's still fun simply because it's Star Wars, its got the landscape, its got the space and its got the music. The only thing it doesn't need is the 100,000 Jedi, but thats ok, cause I think it's time to start the official war of the Jedi pretty soon. |

The major problem I have is with that reasoning. If this game WAS NOT Star Wars, nobody would play it, yet we are supposed to be ok with that? They can't provide us a fun enough and complete enough game to enjoy despite the skin? So many of you act like this is the end-all development team. The NGE went live in November of 2005!
