I have been hearin a couple guys talking about due to the lack of subscriptions for SWG it might be going F2P real soon. You think this is true? or is SOE too consumed with the "$"???
I think it would be freakin sweet if it did go F2P though cuz then people wouldn't have to whine about paying for crap while the people who like it would still have it I think it is the way to go.

You think because they don't have a lot of subs they will make it free? How exactly does that help them make MORE money? No major MMO put out by a major developer will ever be f2p, you 12 year olds need to stop whining that mommy won't let you use her credit card and go play Nintendo or something. |

Even if SOE and/or LucasArts would pay me to play their NGE crap, I wouldn't consider to return! It's pre-CU SWG or nothing!

I had heard that SWG was going to 'free' game status for Station Pass holders in the near future. It is just getting official Station Pass fodder status. |

Originally posted by Kazara SWG has always been part of Station Pass and is therefore "free" to StationPass subscribers (free as in after they pay their $30 or whatever it is now).
